New Year’s Soul Activation & Abundance Workshop

I've been hosting this interactive New Year's activation and manifesting workshop every January for the past 9 years. There's a reason more than 550 people have attended - many attend year after year.

In this live interactive workshop, you'll be taken through a journey using neuroscience-backed methodologies, subconscious reprogramming, embodiment practices, spiritual teachings, and practical action steps to help you live life with intention, work from inspired action, manifest with your heart, and co-create the magic you want in 2025.

This workshop is NOT about generic New Year’s resolutions or cheesy vision boards.

This Soul Activation is an intentional container with guided exercises proven to  plant real seeds that grow, allow in more abundance , and create tangible shifts in your reality.
When you set aside time to be in our sacred circle, intentionally connect with your heart, do the exercises with me that the clear out the blocks in your way, and align with your soul's true path.... you become a magnet for what you want.

During the workshop, we’ll do rituals, powerful exercises, and some *new* practices I’m bringing in this year that I'm SO excited to share!

I’ve been training in transformational Neuro-Linguistic Programming (with my own shamanic and somatic spin on it), and I’ll be walking you through exercises to help you uncover and release the unconscious limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patternsthat are in the way of what you want.

We’ll create the space for you to align with what your soul truly wants—what’s coming through you that maybe you’re afraid to admit, or haven’t been fully listening to, or don't know "how" it will happen. used these techniques and practices to guide clients and myself to create a soul-aligned and abundant life and business.

This workshop combines the "woo" with the practical, designed to be "realistic" YET to expand yourself so you can show up even more alive and engaged in life, thrive living your full potential, and intentionally create a powerful year ahead.

IN THIS LIVE, INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP, YOU'LL:

• Be guided through fun, interactive exercises to align your heart, soul and Your True Path to co-create an aligned, abundant, authentic life, and do more soul's work you love (even if you don’t know what it is you want yet).
• Get inspired, focused, and activated to do more of what you want and achieve your goals this year--with more ease and without frying your nervous system!
• Get past your blocks and limiting beliefs, and stop your self-sabotage so you can get out of your way and start make a difference sharing your "unique medicine" that the world wants and needs.
• Be supported with a balanced mix of the "3D" grounded steps along with the metaphysical to allow in more magic, synchronicities and fun your life.
• Receive more clarity and move closer to your goals, even if you aren't totally sure as to what's next, or even if they seem "impossible" to pull off.
• Get inspired, focused, accountable, and motivated to powerfully start NOW and make your dreams, goals and visions a reality in 2025!

DETAILS:

• Yes, there will be a recording (except during any sensitive shares) sent to you, as long as you register, if you can't stay for the whole workshop.
• Bring a journal and pen/pencil. Ideally have a journal that you like that you'll refer back to for the whole year, or at least for a few months.
• Bring a cup of tea or cacao and show up for yourself and your dreams!!
• Do your best to arrive on time and plan to stay for the full workshop, around 120 minutes.

If you show up and stay fully present for this workshop, following the interactive exercises I’ll guide you through, you’ll start to intentionally co-create your reality—not just for 2025, but for years to come.
